Sol joined Coren Lichtenstein LLP as a Partner in 2019 in Coren Lichtenstein LLP’s litigation and real estate groups. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, in jury and bench trials, in mediations and arbitrations, and before administrative agencies. Sol has tried over 40 cases to jury verdict, across three decades of litigation experience and has also closed over 3,000 real estate transactions.

- In 2001, Sol joined as one member of a team of three attorneys who represented the employee and his family in a matter that resulted in a $4.85 million jury verdict, which at the time was the largest jury award in a tort case in the history of the United States District Court for Massachusetts. As a result, Sol was named in the Top 10 Jury Verdicts 2001 in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
- Sol has recovered tens of millions of dollars in damages and unpaid wages for his clients in his work on behalf of employees in wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination cases and Wage Act violations.

- Sol presided over two local chapter of an international business networking group for a number of years. He has been a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association, and sits on the advisory board of a local non-profit organization in his hometown of Sudbury, Massachusetts.
