Mark Lichtenstein is an experienced civil litigation attorney, and has appeared in most of the Massachusetts courts. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and has been a practicing attorney since 1960.
Attorney Lichtenstein practices corporate and business law, commercial and residential real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and lenders, landlord-tenant law, estate and probate practice, family and divorce issues and personal injuries. He is licensed to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States District Court of Massachusetts, United States First Circuit Court of Appeals, The Court of Military Appeals and The United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Lichtenstein has served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army. He has also successfully represented clients before the Massachusetts Appellate Courts. He writes articles on general legal issues and often on real estate matters. He is counsel to a number of banks and mortgage companies. Mr. Lichtenstein, following in his father’s footsteps, is counsel to many businesses and individuals within the Chinese American and Russian émigré communities. For over one hundred years, Attorney Lichtenstein, be it father or son, has assisted many small and emerging businesses as well as families and individuals within the state of Massachusetts and the New England region.
Attorney Lichtenstein is a founding partner of Coren Lichtenstein LLP, Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group, and a member of the Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law and Taxation Practice Group.
